Demo update - V0.1.1.0 changelog


Hello all!

An updated version of the demo is now available! Thanks to player feedbacks, I managed to make a few upgrades to the first demo, as discussed in the Devlog #2!
Make sure to download the V0.1.1.0 version to have the following changes:

  • HUD overhaul (items equiped and display of the amount of keys of the current dungeon),
  • Catacable overhaul, making it simplier to read and faster to use,
  • The "C Button" feature has been removed,
  • A new parameter allows players to use both the Left Stick or the D-pad whenever one of these is mapped,
  • The game now asks the player at the start of the first launch if they wish to read the instructions or not,
  • Added a splashing effect when walking on the seashore,
  • New animation for the boss to better convey when it is vulnerable,
  • Added some new camera movement to emphasis a key door or a puzzle being solved,
  • The first teleporter has been moved to prevent players from missing a key room,
  • The sword's hitbox has been increased,
  • Changed the "SAGE 2024" logo to the "ARC'INDIE 2024" logo,
  • Various fixes on the dungeon map screen,
  • Various fixes to the Blockfly (hitbox, falling into pits),
  • Various fixes and additions to a couple of enemies,
  • Fix on NPCs unable to be talked to if the player was too close to them,
  • Prevent the player from moving too early in one of the rooms with Mana'galu.
